Founder / Field Operations
Rob founded ABBA Technical Associates in 2009 and oversees field operations, technician development, scheduling, quality control, and project execution throughout ATA’s Tri-State service area. His experience spans structured copper and fiber infrastructure, network equipment deployment, wireless systems, cellular communications, CCTV, access control, VoIP, POS, commercial technology, and large-scale rollout support. Rob’s focus is ensuring that every ATA technician represents the customer professionally, communicates clearly, documents thoroughly, and carries each project through to successful completion.
Kathy Ghisletta
Administrative Coordination & Scheduling
Kathy supports the administrative and operational side of ABBA Technical Associates, assisting with project sourcing, scheduling, work-order review, technician coordination, and day-to-day business operations. Her familiarity with ATA’s technical capabilities and field-service terminology allows her to evaluate incoming opportunities, identify projects that fit the team’s capabilities, and help coordinate work throughout the company’s service area. Working closely with field operations, Kathy provides an important link between project intake, scheduling, customer requirements, and successful field execution.
Brad Thurman
Senior Field Technician / Lead Technician
Brad brings more than 10 years of field-engineering and system-integration experience to ATA. His background includes structured network cabling, fiber testing, large-scale CCTV deployment, analog and IP surveillance systems, POS and NCR installations, access control, alarm systems, commercial signage, printer repair, and general IT troubleshooting. CPR and OSHA 10 certified, Brad also provides field leadership on complex projects and helps maintain ATA’s standards for workmanship, safety, communication, and project execution.
Brett Boyd
Senior Field Technician
Brett has more than eight years of field-engineering and technical-integration experience. His capabilities include structured network cabling, fiber-optic testing, CCTV and IP surveillance, POS installation and replacement, NCR equipment, alarm and access-control systems, and commercial technology deployments. Brett’s broad technical background and troubleshooting ability make him a versatile field technician capable of supporting installations, equipment replacements, infrastructure projects, and complex service assignments throughout ATA’s coverage area.
Michael Morris
Field Technician
Michael is an ATA field technician supporting network infrastructure, equipment deployment, structured cabling, commercial technology, and on-site troubleshooting assignments throughout the Tri-State region. He works independently and alongside ATA’s senior technicians on installation, service, and technology-refresh projects, with an emphasis on careful workmanship, clear communication, thorough documentation, and completing each assignment according to customer requirements.
Alex Woodham
Field Technician
Alex is an ATA field technician supporting network equipment deployments, structured cabling, wireless and communications systems, commercial technology installations, and technical service assignments throughout the Tri-State region. His field experience includes equipment replacement, infrastructure work, elevated installations, troubleshooting, and working with remote technical-support teams. Alex approaches each assignment with an emphasis on preparation, communication, safe work practices, accurate documentation, and delivering a professional result for both ATA and the customer.
Josh Hughes
Field Technician
Josh brings more than 10 years of technical field experience to ATA, with a background that includes networking, POS installation and replacement, NCR systems, printer repair and troubleshooting, retail signage, hardware replacement, system integration, and general field-service support. His broad commercial technology experience allows him to work across a variety of customer environments while providing the hands-on technical assistance, communication, and professional representation expected of an ATA field technician.
Reagan Ketron
Field Technician
Reagan is an ATA field technician supporting commercial technology, security, surveillance, POS, and low-voltage projects throughout the Tri-State region. His experience includes CCTV and IP camera systems, alarm and access-control equipment, POS hardware deployment and replacement, digital signage, and general on-site technical troubleshooting. CPR and OSHA 10 certified, Reagan brings a safety-conscious and professional approach to field assignments while continuing to expand his experience across ATA’s growing range of technical services.

AI Operations & Mission Control Partner
Forge is ATA’s AI operations partner, working alongside management to support the planning, coordination, documentation, and decision-making behind every field assignment. From project intake, work-order analysis, scheduling, dispatch support, technician coordination, research, closeout development, and workflow design to broader business planning and problem-solving, Forge helps turn complex information into clear action. Working in partnership with ATA leadership, Forge serves as the connective tissue between the back office and the field, helping keep projects organized, technicians supported, and operations moving from opportunity through completion.
Abba-Wan Kenobi
AI Field Operations Partner
ABBA-Wan Kenobi is ATA’s AI field-support partner, working alongside technicians throughout each service assignment. From work-order interpretation and technical guidance to troubleshooting, documentation, testing requirements, and closeout support, ABBA-Wan gives technicians immediate access to project knowledge and operational assistance while they are on site. By combining experienced field technicians with real-time AI support, ATA adds another layer of preparation, communication, and problem-solving to every project.
